Tried to get the attention of management at both security and VIP, neither cared. But then again waitress was the one mostly responsible for letting it get this far. Waitress said she is new and doesn't know what she's doing. said 'guess you're giving up on it, huh?'.
Started to take a picture of it, because according to the waitress it was med rare(or raw), but they snatched it away. 10 minutes later she comes back again with one she cooked herself. Quote from manager 'don't know why, it was under a heat lamp'. 5 minutes later a cold(room temp) steak appeared. Could hear alot of horseplay and laughing from the staff, so I went and asked for the manager. No one had been by our table for refills or anything else. Sat there for another 30 min( I ordered the med well prime rib), by this time the couple had their food(steak and lobster). Had to step out to use restroom, a couple had been waiting 10 minutes with no one out front, so I flagged down a waitress to get them some help. Was seated and drinks, soup and bread brought promptly. Arrived just before 9 pm tonight, went directly to restaurant.
